17 Mar Roundabout (PC/PS4/XB1/Vita)
Set in 1977 this game tells the rise to fame story of Georgio Manos, arguably the world’s most famous revolving chauffeur. While driving people around the town of roundabout, players will learn about the dizzying highs and terrifying lows and secret loves of a revolving limousine driver. You’ll experience the 70s in the only authentic way possible: with full motion video set in the interior of a limousine.
What is a revolving limousine you may ask? Shut up, don’t interrupt.
It’s exactly what it sounds like, a limousine that spins like a helicopter blade and navigates the streets of roundabout like a pivoting puzzle piece. Roundabout is chock full of low budget FMVs that, over time you just might find endearing. The most surprising part is how polished the core gameplay turns out to be. It’s a cheap arcade game, but for the right person who enjoys the mechanics, this might be a great open world puzzle adventure.
